  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
